Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Snatch, 3 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

So, we will be running outside tomorrow. We will always run unless the weather isn't cooperating (rain, slush, sleet, hail). If it is cold.......we will run! So that means it's time to start dressing a little warmer to come to the gym. The gym will be a little chilly to start but once you're done warming up it will be just right. So dress in layers!!!
