Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull (1.5pood/1pood)
Situps
Pull Ups
Box Jumps
Post LOWEST reps for each interval to comments.
Push up challenge day 62.

CrossFit Cambridge Christmas Party!
It's that time of year! And with some new releases of the 2009 CrossFit Games and the Every Second Counts DVD in hand we'll be having a gym Christmas party this coming Sunday, December 20th. Location will be at the Hall's residence at 7:00PM. More information to follow at the gym. It will be BYOB+MTS (+Munchie to Share).
