There is a lot of good old rock an' roll out there - Creedence, STones, Seger. Springsteen, to name but a few. Personally, the Rap stuff all has the same beat - if you've heard one, you've heard them all.

A. AMRAP Dead Lift - 315#/200# in 75 sec
rest 3 min
B. AMRAP Muscle Ups in 150 sec
rest 3 min
C. AMRAP Double Unders in 225 sec

16 + 13 + 214 = 243

315 wasn't as heavy as I thought it was going to be so I was happy with that. Probably could have gotten a few more reps if I pushed hard but I was hoping for 15.

Muscle ups were to full lock out and extension each time.

Felt it too much in the shoulders for the double unders.

Turkish Get Ups were fun. My "pumpkin" didn't get "squashed."
