50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

This could be our last workout before Christmas so everyone have fun with it. I am more than happy to hold a WOD on the 24th. However, speaking to most of you it seems that the evening will not work well. So I am proposing a Christmas Eve WOD at 10AM. Post your response to the comments please. Christmas day will be a rest day and then I am holding a partner WOD on boxing day.

this wod was an unreal leg workout. i went way too light on the 1 reps every time i thought my legs were wiped from the multiple reps prior but it was just them purring for more. trust me go heavy. 205 is my pr and it was EASY!
the 20 and 30 reps are grueling so make sure you are mentally ready when you go to pick up that bar.
