30 Clean and Jerks
135/95lbs

Post Time to Comments.

There will only be one class tomorrow at 5:00PM. The 6:30 class is cancelled.
I will be posting nutrition info tomorrow. The gym will begin it's transformation on the 4th of January (Monday). Apparently some people wanted one last weekend (which I completely understand!) I will be making a new section of the website dedicated directly to nutrition where we can all post daily food logs ... if you choose.

Also, tried fixing the rower again today, looks like we need a new monitor. HOWEVER, I also used the rower in my workout today and got my ass kicked. So even though the monitor doesn't work you can still get a great workout from it.

To all the "crossfitters", Rosie and I would like to wish you a very Happy New Year. We hope that all your personal goals are reached and bettered. We have throughly enjoyed and benefitted from our participation in the gym. Your continued support when we are struggling with some workouts is super. Thanks very much.
Again, Happy New Year. We look forward to getting back home and the gym.

OPT's Blog
A. Build quickly to a tough but not 1RM in the Power Clean - take no more than 7 minutes; rest 60 sec ONLY after last set before B
B. 1-10 CTB chin up ladder for time; rest 60 sec before C
C. AMRAP DB Burpees in 2 minutes - 25/15#/h

A. Power Clean at 225 felt good, PR is 230 felt like I could've hit 240 today.

B. 4:42 Rested a little too long starting at number 6, could've maybe shaved 30 seconds off the time but didn't want to repeat a set.

C. 25 reps with 25lb kettlebells. With Dumbbells maybe could have got a few more.
