Thought I was going to die with the 65lbs thrusters, something is wrong with my right shoulder, had to drop to 45lbs. I know, such a girl!
Ugh.. 85 pounds so not as prescribed but Chad thinks it was just right for me. Time was 23:23 or thereabouts. Average heart rate 151, Max HR, 167. No wonder I felt a bit dizzy for a while.
Note to self: Avoid eating a late lunch.
I made up my mind that I'm going to sacrifice time to be more sure of getting technique right. (That's my story, Chad, and I'm sticking to it!!!)
Don
Cam ... I just got this now ... not sure if it's too late to call so I'll send you an email.
Don ... working on technique is fine I'm happy with that!
