Hey Chad...are you planning on starting another 100 day challenge after the paleo ends? I missed the push-up challenge, so I'm thinking about doing a 100 day burpee challenge, what do you think?

Hey Jason,
yeah we'll be starting another challenge shortyl. Not quite too sure yet as to what though. Most likely it won't be burpees as they're pretty push up oriented. But feel free to do your own 100 day burpee challenge! Nothing wrong with that at all!!

Sure appreciate the idea on NO burpee challenge. WOW. Certainly woulld be up for a sit up or squat challenge and than perhaps burpee one after that. Those are tough on we old guys, speaking for myself, of course:).
