15 2-Handed Kettlebell Power Cleans
12 Kettlebell Thrusters
4 Turkish Get Ups
You cannot drop your kettlebell during a round. In between rounds you can rest it.

1.5 pood for swings, cleans, and thrusters, 1 pood for tgus
I was going to do this on the tread mill (only front wards.....because I would be through the wall if I tried to go backwards) but then the treadmill was acting weird so I decided to run around my block twice which would equal 2k.
So I did 2k (there were down hill and up hills!!!)
Didnt time myself, was to frustrated from the treadmill and plus I was excited to try out running!
