Rest Day
I started this early and plan to keep it going all day.
Wow! not sure what sucked more, the 185lbs deadlifts or the burpees!
Came out WAY to fast and used all my juice at the start. First round done in 35 seconds! My burpees were beautiful... not yet, still too much, but it is coming!
Class WOD
Perscribed (I can never remember the short form!) 185 deadlifts, burpees on my toes 7:56. Sorry Chad, I will shoot for 5 next time, and actually pace myself.
Irena, is that for max time, I will count for you!
