Unfortuntely I have to cancel yet another Saturday class. Sorry again everyone, I know it sucks!
But ... Danielle has a friend in New Zealand who has offered to get some CrossFit shirts from a local affiliate. So if you're interested in that then post your response to comments (size, quantity, etc.)

Probably should have started a bit heavier, oh well.

went in this morning. Wayne found a work out that we could all do.
5 rounds for time
15 push-ups
20 sit ups
25 squats
6:59... not feeling the greatest this morning, but I should have done better.
It was a good one for mom to get back into it, and Sandra was there, so it was good for her after being away for so long.
