Chad, Jess and I are really sorry we missed the class, sounds like a good one - don't they all though.

We hope your test went well and we are both sure you did really well, so congrats.

We are also really sorry, but we won't be able to make Saturdays class either, so we will see you next week and look forward to getting our workout on.

Plus I would like an XL and L of the t-shirts buttercups friend can get if the offer is still out there.

Thanks Cam!

Sorry you can't make it till next week that sucks for sure. I'll try and get those morning classes running soon that way you can make more.

T-shirts orders are still going in so I'll pass along that information.

Lynn, don't think I like you too much, but your not too bad!

105 bench press (not body weight, I wish though!), unassisted pull-ups

5/10 - 5/11 - 4/10 - 6/11 - 4/10

working through my fear of ripping my hands again... thanks Carrie for everything tonight! Next time I will do more pull-ups for you!

Tired bench pressing 135 (it was just on the bar), to see if I could do it once... nope! got it down, no chance of getting it back up again.

thought i was going to aim around 60% of my 1RM because that was the consensus on the main site.. but i started too light i think. focused on really fast and powerful squats (i.e. no rest time at bottom and fast up) and it was a little too easy i think.. a learning process! maybe 70-75% next time.
