5 Muscle Ups (Or Progressions)

It'll be fun tomorrow! Try and do as many things unbroken as possible. Take a little bit of a longer break if necessary and go through as many reps as you can.

-used purple band, couldn't get that extra inch on the C to B
-30 inch box jump
-full ROM GHD sit ups
-all reps were unbroken...other than a big deep breath before ever jump though!

K2E killed me! but finished them. New PR for the cleans, 95lbs and I did all 10 of them (with one fail at 8 or 9, but I re-did it), muscle-up progressions... hate the chicken wing!

rx'd! including the muscle ups!
21:46, pretty happy with that as I did a 5 km run from 4 to 4:30 and then went to CF for 5.
5 k - 28:21.29 - good time for a casual run with the dogs

did my first legit kipping pull-ups tonight (only 3 in a row but I'll take it)...thanks again for the push Trevor and Kyle, much appreciated
