Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Class Rest Day

Next Sunday I plan on holding 3 WODs for anyone who wants to participate. I would love for everyone who plans on participating in Orilla on April 3rd to try it out. It's probably best we all have experience with doing 3 WODs in one day before hitting it hard for the first time.

The schedule will look something like this.

WOD 1 - 9:00AM
WOD 2 - 11:00AM
WOD 3 - 1:00PM

Depending on how many people plan on participating may change things. Let me know if you're interested/post it to the comments. Thanks!

Count me in this sounds like fun. After a brutal week of midterms I mies well sweat out my sorrows! Bring out the sandbags!! As much as I had a love hate relationship with them during the workout it did make my 5k later on today seem like breeze! :)

but i could be there for the 9 am workout i think?? usually i start at 12!

I would love the Sunday challenge just to prove to myself that this 62 year old body can still take the 'abuse'. However, isn't there always one, Rosie and I will be in Switzerland by than. I take it up the next time you have it, for sure.

hugest PR of life! last time I did this I did it with a 35lb dumbbell swings and green band pullups and it took me 15 mins.. great success!
