70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

4 Rounds for Total Work Time
40 Unbroken Wall Ball then rest 3 minutes
30 Unbroken pull ups then rest 3 minutes

There will be individual scaling options.

Friday 6AM class.

only the 1st round was completely unbroken
this wod is only doable in the class. i would love to hear someone tell me that they could go to the gym on their own and give this a full effort. if it wasnt for chad and carrie my time would be doubled.

Another excellent - hard - workout tonight! Sorry for the bad language, I think the workouts are getting harder, not complaining, thanks Chad, pretty sure I'm starting to notice a difference - going to have to get some new uniforms.
