I always think of good comments to put on the website in the day and by the time I update it I always forget. Just want to say again though, good week everyone, it was another tough one!
Oh! And I would talk about goals and goal setting in the next week. If everyone could start thinking about 3 goals they would like to achieve that would be great. Try thinking about at least 1 long term goal and 1 short term goal (within 2 months).

40yd under 5 sec short term
all my 1 rep maxlifts at 225 medium term say a year
best physical shape of my life by age 45 longterm 3 yrs
1) Get back to my deadl lift PR + more :) (short term goal) my dad thinks it should be getting up before 5:45 for the 6 am classes..... but I dont see that happening any time soon!! HA
Second goal Im still thinking about!!
short term - my first muscle up (i'm working hard every day at it.. it's coming soon, i can feel it!!)
long term - compete at next years sectionals and place in top 15
combined short/long term goal - improve my diet to improve my performance (quality foods)
