Another GREAT Saturday WOD. Thanks to Upe and Irena for picking up some of my reps. Those mountain climbs kick my butt. I'm working on climbing the Mattehorn, now. Finished with Everest:). Kim and Rochelle, way to go today. Tough one for your first Saturday but you battled through it. Congrats.

Good workout-the humidity was deadly but doing our workout helped out. Thanks Wayne and Irena and great work to the other team, which included 2 Newbies, Kim and Rochelle who did great on their first Saturday workout.
