Another GREAT Saturday WOD. Thanks to Upe and Irena for picking up some of my reps. Those mountain climbs kick my butt. I'm working on climbing the Mattehorn, now. Finished with Everest:).
Kim and Rochelle, way to go today. Tough one for your first Saturday but you battled through it. Congrats.

Great to get back to working out again at my family gym!!

Good workout-the humidity was deadly but doing our workout helped out.
Thanks Wayne and Irena and great work to the other team, which included 2 Newbies, Kim and Rochelle who did great on their first Saturday workout.

Good luck to Jess and Cam on their certification this weekend and to Nate for next weekend.
