Hey Cam and Jess-CONGRATS to you both-we are so proud of you and now we have other trainers available when Chad and Carrie go away on a vacation together!!

Super job Jess and Cam. You 'guy's have t be very proud of yourselves. Just think back to the beginning, I'll bet you never saw or thought that you would be getting your certification in Xfit. What a great thing for you both:) Congrats on a wonderful accomplistment.

Yesterday Laura came and helped me by coming and doing a WOD With me-THanks so much Laura-i would NOT have come if you did not and then missed out on my WOD and for keeping my real personal goal, which is to do 3 WODs per week(or more if possible)
We did:

My time: 16:26
it was hot, maybe not a great time and maybe the weight was too low--but hey, a bad time is better than NO workout right? ?
Great stuff Upe! and good job keepin with that goal of 3 wods a week! im on vacation next week, gimmie a shout if you need a workout partner to push you through and maintain that goal!
