Rx'd kind of, I did GHDs instead of Sit ups, so it was techically harder.

total - 257, low but I didn't get more than 22 GHDs and I was off for three days in a row finishing up a course so I sucked in general. Glad to be back!

TJ-we were impressed that you did hte GHD situps-that is very tough, and being off 3 days probably did not affect your performance-there is just no way you can do that situp that fast!! So congrats to you anyways.

Same WOD for me
Regular situps, purple band pullups , 20 lb WB, and 25 kg KB(swung at eyelevel)
Total 328-much better than i expected so gotta be happy with that.
