Home WOD - 100801

First Muscle up done in my back yard, The rings are up!!!! John and I had a little fun session on the rings - in my backyard - in case you didn't get that. Totally excited.

AND - Way to go Nate!!! Another trainer in our box! I see that you were in some cool company, Everett and Khalipa. Sweet!
