couldn't get the 115# atlas ball past my lap so I lifted the little one 3 times instead of 2. Happy though, b/c I couln't even lap the 115# a few months ago!

I did this with the medium sized rock. At first try I couldn't even pick the darn thing up!!! Chad says I generally got better at it throughout the workout.
Kept tripping over the rock during the lateral jumps. Glad it was a smaller rock.
