Good morning to all the PUC athletes, and to everyone else, of course. Today is day 16. It gets tougher if you miss a day. Do them early and get them out of the way so you don't forget to do them:).
Total CALs on the bike in 20 min, others on the team do burpees, box jumps, or sit ups. Only one person doing any given movement at a time.

Notes: Great work team! The plan was to go easy on the filler movements and balls out on the bike. I think it worked. I needed to take it a little easy on my legs, specifically my calves today. Fun WOD, thanks Coach!
Again, a Saturday fun workout. Missed a few of the Sat regulars, Upe, Maggie, Sam, Christine, Riah, Ed, but there were a few new crossfitters out. Yea!! Nice to hear your voice again Cam. An eternal inspiration when you take a breather:). Have a great rest day tomorrow!
Find 1RM snatch and 1 RM clean and jerk with only 3 attempts at each Snatch: 130PR, 135PR, 140F...think I could have got this if I tried again Clean and Jerk: felt pretty heavy in warm up165F, 165PR tie, 170F
Mary: 20 min AMRAP 5 HSPU, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups first time ever as rx'd 10 rounds, 2 pull ups...really happy with it
Snatch – 205# still can’t get more than that. I’m saying totally mental. Felt great going up, just couldn’t press up on the bar enough in the bottom position. Frustrating.
C+J – 280# (5#pr) happy with this. Power clean was a little sloppy today. Jerk felt fast and awesome. Still need to work on my back foot turning in.
