happy with this. tired 1 curtis p @ rx'd and realized it wasn't going to happen. next time... great push everyone, this was a grinder! amazing finsih tracey! thanks for the push as always cam!
Notes: Holy crap this was hard for me. It smoked my ass big time. I had to bail on the 4th Curtis P of the 1st round cause I lost my back leg somehow. I was trying to go fast and I think I wasn't paying attention. Took my time after that. Thanks Coach.
Well, that was a killer!!!! I'm sure Curtis P. is a nice guy but I can't say the same for the workout. Man, I found that one tough. Don't think I'm the only one, either. However, got through it in 24+ mins. I would like to think I will do better next time (hopefully not for a year or so:). Curtis P's were done with75#, thank goodness, kettle bells with 1.5 pood. Chose to do them in sets of 10 but all of those sets were unbroken. Really impressed with Tracy's 'guttsy' finish ie, last 20 kb unbroken. Way to go Tracy. Thanks for the push, Cam.
1 round plus 7 KB swings (push jerks @ 95) plus 134 double unders = 81
UB T2B GHR completed, unweighted
Same WOD as Kendra and Chad
Notes: First day back doing a WOD with all of the required movements in 50 days! Neededless to say I was very excited, but kinda scared at the same time. Kept the high cleans light since it was the first time I squatted with weight pain free :)
