breakfast - bacon breakfast sandwich on english muffin, XL coffee w cream (AND I WON ANOTHER COFFEE YAHOOOO!) lunch - beef vegetable soup, 2 pieces of toast.... 1 chocolate (it was cheapy chocolate too.. boourns) worked out post wod - protein shake (~27g), clementine dinner - zone pancakes (even 3 block meal)
approx 1L of water so far.. going to drink 1 more now and go to bed! (yes i know that's not enough.. but its a lot for me!)
