Chad Hall
Chad is the head trainer at CrossFit Cambridge. He found CrossFit in 2008 after numerous years of sport specific training for volleyball, baseball, and track and field. He has won numerous athletic awards including WLU's Rookie of the Year for the Men's Varsity Volleyball team. Chad started training friends and family and immediately got hooked on coaching. He has his CrossFit Level 1 and Olympic Lifting certifications. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education.

Carrie McGrath
Carrie has been heavily involved in athletics all her life. Playing competitive volleyball for 8 years and then stopping when she started university left her seeking something to fill that gap. Carrie found CrossFit in 2008 and her life will never be the same. She has been so surprised with her abilities (girls do pullups!) and loves to see the same in others. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.

Cam McLaughlin
Cam was heavily involved in sports growing up, especially football and basketball. After several years of inactivity Cam found Crossfit and instantly decided that this was the sport for him. Cam began attending Crossfit Cambridge in November of 2009 and became a Level 1 trainer in the summer of 2010. Since being involved in Crossfit Cam has lost over 50 pounds. Cam is married and has two beautiful children with a third on the way.

Kendra Hall
Kendra started out in dance doing everything from ballet to jazz to lyrical but she left to pursue competitive club volleyball throughout her highschool years on a team that won their Provincial championship. Throughout highschool, she was heavily involved in field hockey and volleyball where her teams went to the Ontario championships placing in the top 5 every year they attended. She has been CrossFitting for 3 years and was hooked from the start claiming she will never do “cardio and abs” again in a gym. Kendra has obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University. In the fall she will begin a 2 year program to become an RN. She is a certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer.

TJ Hall

Physical activity has been a large part of TJ’s life. He has participated in various sports including Hockey, Tae Kwon-Do, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing and golf. TJ is a certified level 1 snowboarding instructor and has enjoyed sharing his experiences and knowledge. He has ran 5k and 10k races, trained in the traditional gyms, and struggled with nutrition until he was introduced to the world of CrossFit. He has been an active crossfitter since June 2009 and has seen significant growth with respect to strength, cardio performance, and endurance. TJ took his CrossFit level 1 certification course in February of 2011 and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences as well as furthering his CrossFit certifications.
